I had an impossible timeline, limited home options, and to be far I’m not the easiest client. I was in town on a whim and wanted to see some properties. My current realtor was unable to get me into any properties, so I started calling myself. I called Kevin and he was able to get me into several houses that night and more the next day. He moved his current schedule around to accommodate my short visit. (My apologies Amanda). I made an offer that weekend and the process was smooth from there. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out with the current sellers and we had to pivot. Again, Kevin dropped what he was doing to get me into other homes. I gave him the impossible task of getting a seller to accept my 2nd offer 1 hour into their listing. He got it done, and we are now in our new home thanks to him. I will only work with him going forward!
