Kevin was absolutely amazing! He helped us through every aspect of the sales process and before it. Seriously, any time we had a question he responded as quickly as possible and this made our experience so much easier, especially being out of state. He never pushed us to do more than we needed to do to get our property ready to sell and gave his honest opinion if it was necessary or unnecessary to update or fix anything. This was all before we sat down and signed papers to list with him and when we did sit down he gave us his precise plan on how he would go about marketing our property. This included photos, the open house and his reasons for the pricing. Everything he said was exactly what happened, in fact we had multiple offers (like he predicted) above asking within three days of listing. We were able to cancel the open house and 3 weeks later we closed. We are very grateful and thankful that he sent us his business postcard showing his work in the area.
