For one, our home-buying journey was two years in the making. He was committed to helping us. Second, he answered our questions to the best he can. We were first time homebuyers who had endless questions. And I know we may have been difficult at times. It is not easy working on a budget and a deadline that we set for ourselves. He is punctual. We had anywhere between 3 to 4 houses to check on any single day. He would arrive earlier and by the time we arrived he had already checked on the houses beforehand. He is pleasant, courteous and always have good vibes. Our home-buying journey was one roller coaster ride. His positive attitude helped us get through the challenging times. He would say he felt good about a house or he felt confident about our offer. For us that felt reassuring. It somehow calmed our nerves even if we lost the bid at the end of the day. We felt at ease because of his positive attitude. Last and most importantly, he is not pushy. He presented us with information, gave us options, but we never felt the pressure to make uninformed choices. He let us take our time. We made the decisions at the end of the day. We are grateful to Kevin, indebted really. We got our dream home because of him!
