Kevin Dickenson

Long-distance house hunting is not easy, as my husband and I learned as we began looking to make a long distance move from Philadelphia to Southeastern Florida. We, however, really lucked out when a real estate office that I randomly called referred us to Berkshire Hathaway agent, Kevin Dickinson. Kevin turned out to be an amazing fit for us, and made what could have been an extremely stressful and difficult move, an almost seamless one. Kevin helped narrow down the right location and community for us based on our interests, wants, and needs, and he was not in a hurry to sell us a house, but instead took his time working with us to find our dream home. Kevin was extremely patient, kind, and responsive during our numerous phone calls, email exchanges, and our trips to Florida. He took us out house hunting on a number of occasions, not only showing us homes, but taking us to various landmarks, so we could see firsthand what the various towns and communities had to offer. Kevin also went to look at a number of homes for us when we were back in Philadelphia and unable to do so due to distance and work commitments. He provided us with pictures, videos, and honest and helpful feedback, which ultimately led to our purchasing a beautiful home on a lake in Wellington FL. Kevin, like many agents, knows the real estate business and the area and market extremely well, but what really sets him apart is the careful, thoughtful, and kind way he works with people. We really appreciate all he did for us, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Florida, particularly in the Jupiter, Palm Beach, and Wellington and vicinity.
