Kevin helped our family move from western NC to Florida. While we originally were looking for rentals, we eventually switched to purchasing a house with great market potential to help us transition states. I would absolutely recommend Kevin Dardano as an agent! I met Kevin by a crazy chance encounter while looking at houses in various neighborhoods. My husband and I had had a few bad experience in the previous months and pretty much gave up on trying to find a home in this market. I instantly liked Kevin. He was friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I asked him if he would mind meeting my husband the next day while I was at work to show him a couple places. Figured it couldn’t hurt to give it one more try. Turns out we loved one of the homes. Kevin did some research and assisted us in making a bid. But 10 pm that night, we had not only won the bid (after 5 unsuccessful bids on other homes with another realtor), but we did not have to go over asking price which seemed to be unheard of in this market. Kevin hooked us up with an amazing lender and him and his team constantly kept us updated throughout the process. Kevin and his team made a normally stressful process incredibly easy. So thankful for that chance encounter one Sunday afternoon. I could not have asked for a better experience!
