After attempting to sell my house with 3 other realtors, I was about ready to give up. Then the phone rang and The next thing I know, Kevin was at our home showing us how he would sell it despite the current housing market. My wife and I decided to work with him and it was the best decision we could have made. We had the best experience with him from start to finish. He is excellent with marketing, communication, and positioning your home for selling in a timely fashion. My only regret is that I wish we had met him sooner.

Kevin made the sale of this home a breeze. He was thorough during the entire process and kept me up to date on paperwork, showings and deadlines. It sold sooner than expected.

Kevin remained very calm and professional from our listing date to our closing two months later. It was a difficult situation with a down housing market and Kevin got it done for us. He communicated very well and always took my phone calls and listened until I was finished talking.

I met Kevin, when he was helping my neighbor sell her house after her husband passed away. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the values in the area. I was also impressed with his attention to detail in making sure she had all the correct paperwork. He handled all the transactions in an extremely professional manner. When it came time to sell our house, he handled our sale in the same professional manner. His attention to detail was very impressive. He also handled the sale of the new house we bought, in the same manner. I highly recommend Kevin . I have been around real estate transactions most of my life, and I must say, he is the most professional, courteous, and detail agent I know. My wife said he is the best. We both highly recommend him, and have to a number of people. Not often you find someone like him. Kudos to Kevin. I also must say the the transactions, in selling our house and buying our new house were the smoothest transactions we have ever had in buying and selling our houses. From beginning to closing on both houses, there were no hitches or issues. In great part to Kevin's attention to detail.

Best Realtor ever... he was on top of everything, very pleasant and great to work with. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Over all my many years I have bought 5 homes and sold 4... wish I could have had him for all of them... if I ever sell again he will be who I call. He went above and beyond when we moved away and had to get things fixed at the place we were selling to let contractors in lock up the house etc. Really great guy!
