Kevin works hard & did a VERY good job of selling my home (after helping me buy my current one - yes, he is THAT good.) Very knowledgeable and professional, so mostly I just wound him up & turned him loose - after *that*, he did everything else that needed doing. All I had to do was move my things out & eventually attend the closing. Smooth & easy - just the way that I like it. I love a story with a HAPPY ending. Color me "100% SATISFIED."
