Kevin was the only realtor willing to work with us because we wanted to use FHA financing. He jumped right in and was very helpful. He even stuck with us when we changed our home search area several times. My favorite trait is his honesty, he was never pushy and was constantly making sure that we were keeping within our own guidelines. Most realtors would try to steer you to a more expensive house to increase their payout, but Kevin was steadfast in making sure we got the right house for us. Once we found our home Kevin was instrumental in helping to find inspectors, negotiating repairs, and keeping in contact with our financing people to ensure we were on track for our closing. He was with us every step of the way. He even assisted us after closing to help resolve an issue. Always professional, honest, and reliable.

Kevin Cummings is truly an outstanding and professional individual. It was hard in the beginning for me to try and find a home in Florida from my residence in Idaho until I inquired on a property and Kevin answered the call. This man walked me thru each step of the process with buying a home and became my agent thousands of miles away. He has the experience and ability to keep your best interest in mind when finding a home. As a 24 year service member, I have been humbled to have worked with so many good people.
