The BEST realtor!

Before Kevin the realtor we had been dealing with had only shown us 2 homes in 2 yrs despite the numerous requests to see homes we had found. When speaking with a friend at work at telling her my plan on purchasing a home before retirement and my experience with the last realtor she told me she had someone for me. “Kevin Crump”, she called him right there in my office and left him a message with my info. Kevin called the next day and it was on! LOL we spoke, I told him what we were looking for and he said ok. Within a couple of days he had called and had our first place to look at. That place didn’t work for us but before we left from in front of that home he had set up two more appointments for that day to see more homes. Over the next several weeks we were seeing homes at least two a day every other day when I got off work and weekends. Long story short, from beginning to the end, we went to settlement on our home in about 10 weeks. There were some hiccups along the way, NONE having to do with Kevin, but he knew just what do to keep me calm, level headed and without fear of thinking if I were doing the right thing. (Buyer’s remorse, lol). As a first time home buyer/owner, it could not had easier had I not have had Kevin! I’m a firm believer in networking and referrals when I believe in something. I have and will continue to refer Kevin to anyone who is in the market or think they’re ready to purchase a home. We feel like Kevin is family, and for us, that’s a good feeling. You may get a second review looking like it’s coming from me but that will be from my sister, Aminah Welch, who purchased the house with me. Kevin was heaven sent! In my opinion, Kevin is an experienced, respected, professional, knowledgeable and valuable asset to your company and I will continue to sing high praises to anyone who will listen. I thank you for this opportunity to express my experience and feelings about Mr. Kevin Crump!
