Kevin is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Not only is he highly responsive, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable, but his instincts are also spot on. In fact, with Kevin's help, we are 100% sure we purchased our home for a better price than we would have, had we not had Kevin as our realtor. He is a true, hard working professional, a great negotiator, and an extremely nice guy too. Needless to say, we are sticking with Kevin and you should too.

Be careful here. We lost a contract due to inadequate follow-up. Kevin has an in-experienced person working for him who he entrusted with our business. They did not appropriately handle a rental agreement and then placed blame on the listing agent. They took no responsibility for their mistakes and inaction. At best unreliable, at worst incompetent and uncaring.
