Kevin knows his stuff! My fiancé and I wanted a home on a very specific part of the Mississippi River. We were not finding the “home” on the lots we loved. Kevin made the suggestion we consider tear downs. Nothing I ever would have considered on my own. Today our dream home is being built and the river lot is more then I could have asked for. Kevin has held our hands through the entire process of finding a builder and finalizing our home layout down to the very last detail.
