Buying a home from out of state isn't easy. Buying a home during a pandemic is a whole new ballgame. Thankfully Wendy Tuttle met all of our needs. She was very honest in her opinions and was able to answer our questions promptly at all times of the day. We are so happy with our new property and feel lucky to have had Wendy there throughout the process.

We were very luck to have the opportunity to work with Kevin and his team when we sold our house. We had to relocate and from the first time we met he made us feel like we could sell our house seamlessly. He helped us stage our house, gave us an honest estimate of what he thought our house was worth and gave us helpful advice. We always felt like he was our advocate which was even more helpful since we had already moved out of state. When we got an offer within a week he was great to help us understand the offer and he helped us negotiate a higher offer When that seller backed out he got the house back on the market quickly and we had another offer quickly. He walked us through the whole selling process and we were so thankful for the ease and confidence we had in the process.
Kevin worked with us to find a new home for approximately 9 months. I can't even tell you how many properties he and Maria showed us. They were always able to show us the properties we were interested quickly. We knew what we wanted and were willing to wait for it. Kevin was always very patient with us and never pressured us into anything he knew we weren't ready to settle for. In the end, it paid off because, and only because, we were working with Kevin we were able to find a new home in the country for our family as he ended up being the realtor for the sellers of our new home as well. I am convinced that if we were working with any other realtor someone else would be living in our new home in the country. Kevin was always quick to respond which means the world when you are working on buying and selling your home. While I know Kevin and his team stay very busy with lots of clients they were never too busy for us. We would recommend Kevin to anyone buying or selling.
