Kevin was our realtor both for purchasing our new home and selling our old place. In both experiences my wife and I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. We saw many houses with him in the buying process, and he always gave great insight into each home without any pressure to put in an offer, unless we thought it was the one for us. We really felt like his only goal was finding our perfect home, regardless of how long it took and how many properties we saw. On the selling side, he was super helpful with getting the house ready to list, and we got a strong offer within a week and closed in three weeks, doesn't get any easier than that!

I met Kevin through a friend who I had joined on her house hunt. It only took a house or two before we discovered that our tastes ran to mid-Century modern and modern homes and joined forces. I had worked with an architect on my previous residence — a gut rehab of a Boston row home where we brought a modern aesthetic to a period building. When I determined to look outside the city I didn't realize how challenging it would be to find the modern vibe I was looking for. Kevin had a pulse on that market segment and we acted quickly on two properties, the second of which I now own. We scrimmaged as buyer partners with the initial property, a mid-Century beauty with a skittish homeowner and a challengingly opaque seller agent. Kevin worked aggressively to derive a POV about pricing absent any true comparables in the county. But after two offers went into the aether, we called the game. Just as that negotiation went cold, a modern single family in the same area came online and we pursued it aggressively, using pricing work he'd done previously to quickly get a sense of what to offer. Which was important, as there was a single open house on a Friday and offers due on Sunday. √ Offer accepted. The location for both homes was out of Kevin's typical selling footprint nearer to the Boston/suburbs. He went out of his way to meet me on site—for the open house, inspection, and walk through—to ensure I was well informed about what to push on and also when to relax. He was curious and helpful throughout. The entire process unfolded during the COVID summer, so add that to challenges. Apart from the expected hiccups of a choreographing a multiparty transaction at the height of the re-fi market, the process of all-hours texting, calls and e-signatures unfolded as planned. I am happy to recommend Kevin as a home hunting partner.

Kevin is honestly amazing. He got us a house significantly under market value. We would send him houses frequently, and he would already have seen or knew about them and could go over each one's pros and cons in great detail. Even if we didn't believe him he would still take us there and let us see for ourselves. He knew the market and information about each town in great detail. He also knew how to work with other agents and the ins and outs of buying a house. He genuinely had out best interest in mind. He was professional but was also very personable and relatable. We can't say enough good things about him. By the end of our house search we look at Kevin as a friend, rather than just a realtor.

Kevin helped me find and buy my first home. I am a first time home buyer, Kevin was patient with me answering my questions and guiding me through the process. He took me throughout Central Massachusetts to search for houses.

Kevin is very responsive at all times, knows the buying and selling process cold, and is a keen negotiator. We bought our home through Kevin, and then hired him again to sell it and was very pleased with his work each time.
