I think I was an easy client as I took the first place I saw (and only looked at two), but this is due to Kevin truly understanding what I needed and wanted. He narrowed it down to two or three great, affordable properties for me to actually go see. The property I bought was actually for sale several months before I was a qualified buyer, and went into escrow (darn!) but fell out of escrow for an unknown reason close to my qualifying time. Kevin was on the phone to the owner's realtor w/in an hour. Several people did look, including the folks who fell out, but I managed to be the one to get the property. Kevin put in a well thought out bid, and that, plus the speed of the application made us be a successful partnership. Kevin made me feel like I was his only client. It wasn't until we were done and chit-chatting that he mentioned some issues he was having w/ other clients. I'm comfortable asking him questions, and I hope to have him over to dinner once the bulk of the renovations are complete!
