Kevin helped me purchase a piece of land in Orlando. What connected me to him was that he made the effort to provide drone footage of various properties vs. just the usual bad pictures of bushes on all the other sites. Once we got the process rolling, he was helpful in finding survey experts, a wetland consultant, and others. He even quickly cleared up a title issue for the seller that could have held up the sale. Plus, he's stayed in touch after the sale to help us with finding a builder (even though we're at least 4 years out from construction. Excellent service and quick sale

What a professional team. They came in with realistic comparables, took pictures of our home, had a open house. Voila, after the open house- 4 days later we had 2 offers. by a week we had one more. Sold the home right away. They did an awesome job and kept us up to date on the whole process.
