Being first-time home buyers, my husband and I felt like we were on the most expensive roller coaster of our lives thus far- it was fun, exciting, and terrifying! Thankfully, we had Kevin to keep us informed and grounded. Kevin was already knowledgeable about the areas in our geographic parameter, and he did extensive research to find the homes that best fit our needs and wants. He answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly (despite our best efforts, Kevin insisted there are no dumb questions ) and he answered questions we hadn't thought of yet! Prior to reaching out to Kevin, we had looked at homes on our own for two weeks with no luck. After one day of seeing houses with Kevin, we found three we liked! We chose our favorite and Kevin put in the lower, but fair offer we agreed to, while adding a picture of us with our story to personalize the transaction. Long story short, we got the house of our dreams with a price we didn't dare dream of- all thanks to Kevin. We are beyond thrilled and grateful!

Kevin help us buy our first home in the Anaheim area. He was a completely professional and knowledgeable realtor and had lots of great advice on price points and negotiating points as we went through the offer and escrow process.
