Kevin helped us every step of the way. He was responsive, flexible and a problem solver during unprecedented times. Kevin took our personal situation which could have been made awkward by an unprofessional person and kept it drama free. In retrospect I can't think of anything that he could have done to make the process easier for me. Then on top if it all Kevin had a plan when we had a water leak that required repairs and a replacement water heater hours before we were to enter escrow. Kevin kept things steady and turned what could have been a deal breaker for the average buyer into a positive to keep things moving towards closing escrow for all parties involved. Honestly, having prior great experience with a different real estate agent I was nervous about going with Kevin. Park Metro Realty exceeded my expectations, earned my respect and I can't thank him enough for closing that chapter of my life.

My first experience with a San Diego realtor was very disappointing, and it led me to cancel my agreement and pursue another real estate agent. As a result of my first experience, Kevin was referred to me by a friend, and I was quite impressed with him from the very beginning - detail-oriented, proactive and focused on selling my property for top dollar. He does something that very few realtors do in San Diego - he target markets to the right potential buyers, and he is very diligent with follow-up and pursuit of anyone that showed interest in my home. Awesome job by an awesome individual - an excellent realtor that you should consider if you are buying or selling a home in San Diego.
