In this housing market you have to have realistic expectations but Kevin will make sure the deal on your end is in your favor as best as it can be. Kevin made the first home buying experience for me a breeze. He navigated through real estate traffic with no brakes and no crashes. He let me know where I stood and what I could afford. This process took a long time as I was very picky and uncertain when to pull the plug. I was window shopping through his exclusive listings list until he suggested we should start to go see the homes in person. The entire time he was patient viewing house after house getting closer and closer to the necessary specifications I desired. The current temperature of the market right now 🔥 placing offers were like throwing a quarter into a wishing well. People willing to extend way past asking price or was bringing a brinks truck from the start. Discouraged after two offers being rejected, I thought I wasn’t going to find a home until everything simmered down. Kevin reassured me we would persevere and find me a home. He wasn’t wrong, he found a home discreetly through connections and was able to get me to drop the first word for it. He navigated me to act calm and fast in approaching the situation I was in, due to as soon as word was out about the house there would be overwhelming traction and I might lose out. I went with it and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using Kevin for my real estate ventures in the future. I still contact him now to receive prompt response, helpfulness, and overall care.
