My husband and I worked with Kevin to find our dream home around Laguna Beach. While we had been to the area many times, there was a lot we did not know about the differences of the neighborhoods and what would work best for us. We toured about 25 homes and each time, Kevin was so knowledgeable about the locations and conditions of the houses. He also advised us about what possible remodeling could and could not be done in accordance with city ordinances, and provided insight as to what remodelling might cost and which repairs were worth doing. Kevin was always friendly and personable, and truly was a great source of advice for us. After we chose our home, Kevin continued to provide valuable advice during the inspections and also gave us recommendations for reliable tradespeople, including a wonderful interior designer.
