Going into shopping for a house in this market felt daunting and stressful, but Kevan made the experience so much better and fun. He worked with me to find the perfect home within my budget and in an area I really wanted to live. He knows his stuff and gave me lot of tips and suggestions that really helped me figure out what I needed for my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and was great at articulating and explaining when I didn’t. I made several offers on houses that didn’t work out and even though I may have felt disappointed in the moment, Kevan was always encouraging and would say that that wasn’t the right house for me and the right one will find me. He would immediately dive right in and work hard to find something that would not just work for me but want I wanted and needed.
