Excellent͏ care with love Realtor Ketia Cayo worked diligently to help us find our dream home. She is very knowledgeable and anticipates all the steps and discusses with you in detail leaving no question unanswered. We were looking while based in another state and she was our eyes and ears, taking detailed videos for us and taking tours on our behalf because we could not make it in person to the open houses. The market was crazy and a sellers market but she made sure we were always looking to make smart decisions and looked out for our best interest. Ketia was patient through looking at many houses and visiting different new home builders. We eventually decided to go with a new build and she was with us in every step. The builders were surprised by her level of involvement because they usually don’t have realtors as involved as she is. From going to the design studio, to referring an inspector and even the closing table she was right by our side. She even gave us a lovely gift basket! We couldn’t have imagined not working with Ketia Cayo, truly a God send.
