Ketia was a great agent. She gave us many homes to choose from that contained the items on our priority list. Ketia was flexible with scheduling and communicated with us between appointments. Once we were under contract, Ketia was informative and supportive. After closing, she has continued to maintain contact to follow-up with our request and has maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process.
