I met Keslie at an Open House and was instantly struck by her knowledge of the market and her genuine kindness. Along the way, she met every obstacle with calm information gathering. She answered my after-hour texts and even went out on her own to show me a few homes via video when I had yet to move to Boise. My old home and the new home closed within one day of each other. The loan agent and the inspector she works with are excellent. When all was done, Keslie met us at the new home with the key and gift basket, made good on a promise to replace a garage Fleximounts that the previous owners took with them, and gave us all the information we needed to get our home services started. She continues to stay in contact, making sure I am aware of what I need to send in for tax purposes and how to survive my first winter in Boise.
