We can't say enough how terrific it has been working with Kerry Wilson. She was professional, yet we feel like we have known her for years. We've spent over 3 years searching for a home, and Kerry stuck with us! Her no pressure perseverance paid off. Kerry took the time and effort to get to know our "high bar" standards of what we were looking for and she did an awesome job scrubbing thru all the listings before sending us the ones she knew we were looking for. This really helped eliminate the noise of having to sift thru homes we had no interest in. Kerry did a remarkable job doing the homework for us! When we would meet Kerry to see the many property listings, she had every property lined up with a detailed route and schedule so our time was well spent. Kerry even had prepared a matrix of all the homes we were seeing so we could compare things like, HOA fees, taxes, year built, how many owners, flood zone, etc. We can't say enough how great and friendly our experience has been working with Kerry. We will always use her for any future sells and buys we decide to make. And we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great Real Estate Agent.
