Kerry listened to my wants and criteria, including area and price range. The listings she sent were exactly what I was looking for. We found the perfect place our first day out. My offer went in on June 15th, and I moved in on July 18th. Even though the selling agent was "on vacation" initially, Kerry managed to get my offer and counter-offer signed in less than a week. She also works with a broker team that specializes in getting all of the paperwork approved and processed BEFORE I started looking. Three months ago, I wasn't sure home ownership was possible for a single person. Now I have a new permanent address and will never again have to sign a lease or agree to increased rent!
