This was our second house purchase with Kerry (or 3rd, if we include our friend, whom we recommended to contact Kerry and helped with his search as well). Kerry is an amazing and knowledgeable realtor, with an outgoing personality - you want people like Kerry to be your friend. She is an extremely dedicated professional, to the point that we would feel sometimes embarrassed - she would work on our requests late at night, over the weekends or holidays. While we understand that we were among many of her clients, she made us feel like we were the most important clients for her. Dealing with a sale or purchase of a house is always a hard task - but Kerry manages to make everything easy, presents everything in a simple and clear language.
