We can only use one word to describe Kerry Ramage - AWESOME!! Okay, maybe some more adjectives are needed: Courteous, tenacious, confident, knowledgeable and she isn't just about making a sale. We relocated from NJ to FL and she is the Floridian expert. We wanted to put in an offer on a home that was overpriced and she was actually struggling with it. Kerry said in good conscious she didn't feel right about that knowing we were over paying. We work on 100% commission so we know how difficult it can be to make a deal and to think she wasn't pushing us towards the higher price which equates to higher commission blows our mind.
