Kerry is extremely knowledgeable in various facets of residential real estate and has been a great asset to me in dealing with issues and managing details important to complete the purchase of the condominium. Thanks to Kerry, who anticipated whatever needed to be done, the search and purchase went smoothly and with the utmost care. Kerry Maxwell's negotiating skills exceeded our expectations. Her knowledge of the market helped formulate a winning strategy to get our offer accepted in a multiple bid situation. Based on our specific needs, a single story with pool, we were able to find everything we wanted in our new home by looking at other areas we hadn't even considered. So glad she spent so much time showing us homes in different areas so we knew "it was the one" when we found it. She was also a great help reviewing with us all the paperwork and disclosures that transactions require so we could move forward with confidence knowing we were making the best financial decision.

I was going to wait until 2021 to start looking for a home. But then, upon Kerry's gentle prodding, we started looking at properties in May 2020, and I'm glad she did. Once I gave Kerry my parameters, areas I'm interested in, she was relentless with gathering as much info as she can to give me guidance on comps, features, etc. Kerry was instrumental in helping me get $50K off the seller's asking price on what could have been my future home, as she gave convincing data to the seller that our offer price was very fair. Although that purchase didn't close (seller's agent was difficult to work with), Kerry kept her cool, and we went about looking at and making offers on several homes until I found my dream home. Once again, Kerry came through for me, and helped me to get to the top of the list as there were 10 offers. It was whittled down to the Top 3, and the sale was awarded to me, due to Kerry developing a good connection with the seller's agent and representing me well to the Seller. Some challenges came up, with the inspection, but Kerry's knowledge and background as a former owner / contractor herself was invaluable. She guided me throughout that stressful process, and helped me find the right people to address the items required to close. That's only one property. Again, with Kerry's prodding, she convinced me to go find my dream retirement property over the 4th of July weekend, as she sensed demand was going to be through the roof. Sure enough- I made an offer ($10K below asking), and was accepted; I was out of town and Kerry traveled down to Palm Desert to do final walkthrough for me; she also found the right players again, to help me with the physical inspection, and appraisal. I would highly recommend Kerry. She excels in whatever she does, and you just feel comfortable she will do or recommend what's best for her client. Lastly, thanks to Kerry's recent suggestion, I was able to refi my home to a lower rate so our relationship continues

Kerry Maxwell is BEYOND an agent. Kerry’s sole focus is her client and their needs , not her own. Kerry becomes your friend quickly and genuinely wants to find you… your dream home. She would respond immediately any time of day or night and would bounce ideas about what’s best and what your family needs and wants. Kerry is patient and so so giving of herself and her time. The ONLY reason we got our forever home in our dream neighborhood was Kerry. She was aggressive and smart. We didn’t play the “offer way over list price” game with multiple other bidders. We played it smart and pulled on the sellers heart stings and presented the best “story”, not the highest offer. Sure enough they picked us! The only reason our escrow was so smooth with negotiations was Kerry and her tenacity. Kerry is a blessing to anyone who has the opportunity to work with her. I sincerely hope I get to refer her to others!
