Kerry is AMAZING! She was referred to us by a friend of a friend and initially we weren't sure about going with her because she didn't have many Yelp reviews...we did go with her and are SOOOO happy that we did. She knows the market and her clients. She got to know us and what we really were looking for. We were buying from out of state so we would go to Reno for the day and she would have a marathon day of house hunting with us and she did it with a smile. She was always available to us (really - she would answer our emails & texts at 10 pm and then again at 6 am). She knew homes were selling fast so when she found one that she thought was just right for us, she Face Timed us the house and we ended up making an offer that day. She knows the market so well that she kept us from bidding more than the house was worth but enough to be taken seriously. She had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process. After getting into the house, she continued to show she cared by checking in on us as we made some minor repairs and even brought our large family root beer floats to enjoy on a work break. While I was researching agents from out of town to sell my mothers house, I came across several who were eager and ambitious to list her house in a thriving market. After speaking with them, Kerry was the only one to take the time to actually research and ask the needs of our family as well as sensitive to our individual situation. She listed the house at a fair market value and walked my mother through the entire process without unwanted pressure as I was a thousand miles away. The house closed with no unforseen circumstances from either party. Kerry is very knowledgeable of the entire process, including lending. She steered us away from questionable offers and "shaky" buyer agents. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying in the Reno Metro area.
Kerry was very knowledgeable with selling our house. She studied the neighborhood and took the time to become familiar with the area. All of her paperwork showed us she took the time to do all the necessary research in order to sell our house at the right price. When she first visited our house, she really looked for details, explaining what possibly FHA may require to be done. Kerry was very thorough in her work and very cheerful! From the day I met Kerry she was a good listener about my situation. I liked her honesty about was necessary to successfully sell my home. She made sure that I had showing during the winter months. Not all realtors are willing to bother during the snowy winter. Kerry always checked back with me about things. Such as paperwork, treatment of my house during showings and what I might do to improve my chances of a quick and solid sale. Best of all she is a kind, honest, hardworking gal. I like that she is also interested in her own family. Some realtors just look for a quick sale and that is not always the right answer. You want to know what is just and fair for all parties.
