I rarely give gushing reviews but Kerry is truly outstanding! She was giving us buying tips even before she was our agent. In writing up subsequent buying offers for us, her advice was invaluable. She was extremely prompt in following up on details, questions, etc. She is also a great resource has she "has a guy" for any home related service we may need. 5 star service !!!

I have been working with Kerry for the past few month to buy a house in Florida, while we reside in State of Illinois. Our dealing with Kerry have been great and very professional. She very knowledgeable about Folorida real estates, and always was very prompt to answer our questions. She always returned our calls promptly, and was able to answer our questions. She is very cooperative, and was willing to do other thing not closely realted to real estates selling. For example she volunteered to supervise the painter while we were still in IL. In summery, Kerry is a very fine and great young real estate lady and and it is a pleasure to recommend her very strongly, and without hesitations.

While my house was up for sale, there was never a time that Kerry or anyone else was unresponsive. From listing to closing, they were always helpful even if they had to do it themselves. Kerry's favorite saying was "I'm on it!" And she was.....always. I was never uncomfortable with her. I can't do what I used to be able to so Kerry would volunteer to do what I couldn't do. She could list my nest house if I had one!

I enjoyed Kerry as our realtor. She’s a hard worker having no problem going that extra mile. In fact she wouldn’t have it any other way. She always had time to answer questions. It is so great to meet an agent that lives in the villages. She made me feel at ease and I trusted her to tell me the truth about the area, the house and my need for doctors, local hospitals if needed and any service for the house. When you are a complete stranger to the villages, it was everything to me. Kerry took that extra mile for us. SO VERY HELPFUL.....She even took the time to go to a golf cart store for us. We knew nothing about them. We own three homes currently and she stands out as a realtor.
