Kerry's experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. She met with me, went over all the paperwork, explained the resources available for having painting and new flooring done to the condo, set a workable timeframe for cleaning out the condo, and performing the suggested upgrades.
