At the time we weren't convinced we wanted to buy in Falmouth, but we were very impressed with her and decided to keep her name handy in case we did find any interesting properties there. Sure enough, a short while later we found another place we wanted to see and Kerrie arranged for a visit. She was right --- it turned out to be a perfect fit for us and, with Kerrie's help, we negotiated a good price and bought it! What initially appealed to us about Kerrie is that she is very knowledgeable about the Falmouth area, clearly understands real estate, and is not at all pushy.
