Kerri was absolutely fantastic and went way above the call of duty to sell this house. It was my mother's house and I live over 800 miles away, so Kerri did so much more than just sell the house. She was extraordinarily helpful with all of the details and inspections, paperwork, working with prospective buyers and the estate attorney, and the negotiations and closing, etc. I would not have survived the process without her very capable work on behalf of my mother's estate, including finding people to empty and clean the house in my absence. She maintained contact nearly every day to keep me informed and her enthusiasm and energy were contagious! The house sold very quickly and I give Kerri so much credit for making the process so easy for me and the rest of the family. I would highly recommend her and can't say enough about how great she is.
