Kerri has been my realtor on multiple house deals. I have known her for over a decade. She helped me short sale my first house as well as buy several houses. Kerri is a very experienced realtor and operates with honesty and integrity. To me experience equals wisdom. She is known and liked by many people in the industry. Having good relationships with other realtors does help when you need inside information. I trust her on all my deals. In fact, right now she is helping me sell my first flip house. Although I was a bit hesitant with the price she suggested to list it for (I wanted it to be higher), the offer came in right around that listed price. The house then appraised for just a little under the listed price. My only issue with Kerri is at times she can get a bit busy. Although she does have some help, sometimes her help does not always follow through in a timely manner.
Kerri came to our attention after a failed attempt by another broker/agent . she was upfront about the market conditions at that particular time. she also helped stage and her ideas were right on target. if I were going to sell another house she would be my first call. I cant say enough about her professionalism.
