When they first walked through our house they were very positive and forward about what we needed to do to prep our house. Not only did they provide items to stage our house but they were there for us every step of the way. The best thing about Schmidt Realty is that they work together to get the job done so well. Kerri has an eye for making everything beautiful and is fast to take care of the 'paperwork' side of the job while Brent took care of the handyman things and was the face at our open house. During the process of selling our house Brent replaced a screen, cut down a branch the day before closing that fell in a storm, and the morning we sold our house showed up to help take care of some items that we couldn't fit in the truck.
