Kerri was wonderful to work with. She's very flexible, versatile, dependable and honest. I never felt pressured to set my asking price on my home. I gave her all of my details as to how I wanted to proceed with the sale. She made recommendations and my home was sold in 7 days, $66,000 over the asking price. She is friendly, knowledgeable about the market, and most of all helpful. Not only did she sell my home she helped me find a home for me to purchase. She showed me close to 75 houses until I picked the one for me. Talk about being patient! She's a great negotiator, again I wasn't pressured about putting a offer on the house. Hands down I would recommend Kerri to anyone who's a first time buyer to the seasoned buyer.
