Kerri is very familiar with the real estate market in the Lake/Sumter area (and beyond)! She’s knowledgeable, detail oriented, and moves very quickly. We showed Kerri our current home’s listing around 8-9pm, and the next day we were touring the house and making making an offer. Paperwork and required steps is a breeze, and she’s eager to answer any questions we may have (and gets back to us very quickly).
