My wife and I recently relocated to the Columbus area for work, and Kerri came highly recommended from one of my wife’s colleagues. Kerri spent a lot of time with both my wife and I showing us numerous houses around the Columbus area. We’d originally wanted to concentrate on Dublin, but also looked in Powell, Worthington, Westerville, and New Albany. Being from out of state, Kerri made sure to explain the various areas to us, providing recommendations on areas and neighborhoods that she thought would fit our needs. Since basements aren’t a thing where we came from, she even took the time to explain the ins and outs of basements to me, letting me know how to spot problems to avoid. She ultimately recommended the house we eventually purchased, which hadn’t originally been on our radar. It ended up being a great fit for us, and she did a great job through the offer/negotiation/acceptance/closing process. Highly recommend!
