Kerri Hensel of Simply Better Realty in Huron, Ohio represented me on a complex waterfront single family home sale. She exemplifies professionalism and consistency with every task, no matter how little. Kerri did an excellent job with the listing, social media, open house and numerous positive showings. The home was sold at a great price within a couple months - all parties were complimentary and satisfied. Thank you.

Kerri, Thank you so much for helping us find our "little gem" by the water! It is exactly what we were looking for. We could not have done this without your expertise and hard work. You answered all of our phone calls and text within minutes. This made the entire process easy. You and your team at Simply Better Realty are "SIMPLY THE BEST". THANKS AGAN!!! VIRGINIA AND DAVE

Kerri helped us buy a house in the Dublin area and we had an awesome experience with her as our agent! She is so knowledgeable about the ins-and-outs of buying in such a competitive market! She used her expertise and networking to help us beat out 11 other offers and get into contract on our perfect home without having to pay more than we were comfortable with! She was available 24/7 for any questions or concerns and we couldn’t have been happier or more impressed by her dedication, professionalism, and knowledge of real estate! We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Columbus. You will not be disappointed!

Kerri was an amazing advocate through a difficult process. She was attentive and responsive, helping us navigate the loan process and ins-and-outs of the market. It was refreshing to have someone who cared so much about her clients. I would highly recommend Kerri to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate and dedicated agent.

"Kerri truly put my needs as a homeowner first. She listened to my requests and didn't let me settle until we found the right home. She didn't pressure me and she helped me search for a year! I appreciate her patience, problem solving skills, compassion and kindness towards others. She is so kind and she me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Being a single female, I can be taken advantage of in these cases, but Kerri gave me a since of trust from the beginning! She's amazing and I know she can find the perfect home for you!"

"Kerri made what could have been a very stressful situation and made it a wonderful experience. Throughout the sales cycle Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I were both having serious back issues, ultimately surgery for both of us, and she tokens excellent care of us throughout the process. Covering the inspections for us was a real boon, and displayed our complete faith in Kerri. We would most highly recommend her to all future clients."

Kerri was my realtor for both buying and selling my first home, and I’m grateful to have her in the process of purchasing a new home with my partner. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention “on it” when it comes to responding. I highly recommend her, especially for first-time buyers as she knows the ins and outs of this business. Thank you Kerri!!

Kerri worked tirelessly marketing and holding the home open. Always quick to respond with answers to questions. Kept us in the loop weekly with activity and feedback. Helped with ideas based on comments from the showings to make the house more marketable.

Kerri was the seller’s realtor. I was the buyer I would totally use her in the future as my agent based on this experience. Kerri went above and beyond with a fabulous attitude over and over again through the process. She has an outstanding personality and always made me feel it was her pleasure to help me. I have worked with many realtors who are great at selling themselves, but not necessarily doing the work. Kerri was just the opposite! Incredibly helpful and enjoyable to make a quick move flow much more smoothly. Multiple occasions of making things happen correctly and seamlessly.
