Kerri Gray

I used Kerri to purchase my house 6 yrs ago. She listened to my needs. After showing me several houses, I went back to the first one and now it is mine. It has turned out to be the perfect home for me. Again, I had the need for Kerri's help in selling my elderly mother's home. She listed it and placed the sign in the yard on a Friday. Kerri informed me there were already several showings over the weekend. On Monday morning, I had 5 offers. She went back to the 2 highest offers. On Tuesday my Mother excepted the highest offer which was over the asking price. It was all done in less than a week. While we were at the title office doing the paper work, she told me she was still receiving offers on the house. We couldn't have asked for any one better to take care of our needs than Kerri.
