Kern Jordan is an exceptional real estate agent and a vital partner for out-of-state investors. He helped me buy my first investment property in Montgomery, acting as my eyes and ears by recording detailed video tours of four properties until we found the right one. His communication and professionalism are top-notch; he truly lives up to his promise of always having his phone on hand and answering texts quickly. I trust him completely, consider him an essential part of my investment team, and look forward to working with him again. I highly recommend Kern to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive agent!

Kern was amazing to work with! During the process of choosing home until closing we were confident in his abilities to make things go smoothly. He went above and beyond while working with us and made the process seamless. We highly recommend him.
