Hello - I am Kern Jordan Realtor - Entrepreneur - Small Business Owner I spent my childhood in Illinois but have lived in Montgomery, AL since 1989. In 1990, I created Living Green Landscape Management LLC, a commercial/residential landscaping and landscape management company. We served clients throughout the River Region, from the lakes to Pike Road, Prattville and Montgomery - A few clients were St. James School, Old Alabama Town, all of the SOQ Housing on Maxwell, The Sterling Center and Montgomery Cancer Center. Living Green was recognized by clients for outstanding customer service and achieving workable solutions for yard & landscape problems. Given, I traveled the River Region daily for 32 years, I know the nuances of almost every neighborhood. I know the homes, commercial buildings, and the topography of each of these properties. I am a recognized expert in this field. I am now transferring my experience, knowledge and customer service into a second career, Real Estate. My customer service ratings are still off the charts. The only difference is, today I am negotiating real estate solutions for my clients.
