Kerlous took on the project and handled everything professionally regardless of that fact. In simple terms, when others couldn’t/wouldn't. The first time I met Kerlous at a showing was back in October 2023. I was quite particular about finding a home that I truly liked. Kerlous was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process.
