But this team of professionals took extra personal care of us during our long-distance house hunting process and multiple showings to make sure that we would find a home that would suit our needs and find the house that had trees that sang the songs of the forest.
Let me start by saying this, Keri returned my phone call when at least two other Agent's did not when I inquired online. We wanted to view a handful of homes in the Alpine area. On the particular day that we wanted to view these homes she was down the mountain at an event and I said "no problem, we can wait until you are available". She would not hear of it and came back up the mountain to show us the homes we were interested in. From there Keri was available any time we found homes that we were interested in. She kept us updated several times per week when new homes became available and did not just forget us because we didn't buy the first house we viewed. To me this was very important as it seems that most Realtors that we've dealt with in the past do little to no follow up and don't quite get that buying a home just doesn't happen instantly and can be a drawn out process. We have purchased many homes and we can say that this has been by far, the most pleasant home buying experience ever!
