Keri ruined a perfectly good sale negotiation...
Keri ruined a perfectly good sale negotiation due to her not liking the title company which put us in a bind due to timing. Very petty and unprofessional move for a realtor, especially granting an unfair representation for her client given the choice of what title company to go with wasn’t even up to her. Haven seems like a money driven company that doesn’t truly have the best interest in their clients. Beware and go elsewhere.
