We were lucky to connect with Keri when we began our long-distance house hunt in the KC suburbs from Washington state in January 2020. We were in a unique position, because we knew we'd only be living in Kansas for two years and wanted a home that would maintain value for resale. Keri listened intently to our hopes for a house and quickly homed in on exactly the type of property we were looking for. When we came to Kansas for a house-hunting trip, she scheduled multiple showings and shared her vast knowledge of the market with us—ensuring that we submitted the winning bid out of 11 on our home right as the pandemic set in. And sure enough, two years later she helped set us up for success to sell with minimal fuss and maximal benefit. We would jump at the chance to work with her again!

Keri is a great communicator. She actively listens, and tailored her questions towards what we were saying. We had open conversations about items to address prior to going to market and she helped us strike a good balance between budget and presentation. Her photographer took beautiful photos of the home which really highlighted the selling points we wanted to emphasize. We received a very quick offer with extremely favorable terms - I would have been beyond thrilled with an offer at list price as it seemed overpriced to me, yet it exceeded that by almost 10%, showing that Keri had a good read of the market. Finally, Keri is such a personable and friendly person while still being an utmost professional. Since she also helped us build our forever home, I don't think we'll have the pleasure of working with her again, but we would wholeheartedly recommend her to friends and family.
