Keri Clare did an excellent job marketing my home for sale from the first day that I met with her until the house was sold. I couldn't have asked for or found a better realtor to handle this for me. She was very knowledgeable as to the potential market value of the residence, and she went above and beyond working with the person we hired to stage the home and even helping me obtain a temporary loan that was paid at closing for some of the expenses. Keri went over and above and often did the work of the buyer's agent in addition to her own as the listing agent. She communicated every step and update to me. She offered to clean my house, fix nail holes, watch my dog, and anything else that would help. She never once suggested to lower my price and kept positive encouragement that we would find the right buyer. She sold my place for a record price / sq ft.
