We already had a realtor (not Keren) when we were buying a property. To our surprise and luck, the realtor was incompetent and was not doing his duty. We were dealing with lack of communication between us as buyer and seller's agent with misinformation being shared. We had given up on the project closing as things were progressing. We finally had to fire the realtor midway through the transaction. We were lucky to meet Keren who stepped in happily and took over representing us and making it a very easy and smooth transition. I late spring of 2022 a death in the family caused us to sell the family home in Rosemead, Ca. My two brothers and I each owned a 1/6 share and the other half was owned by a trust.
