We were selling my mother's home and it was an emotional journey for myself and my siblings. Kenzo was great about understanding when to move forward and when to back off. All of my siblings met him and were glad to have him on our side. Even down to the last minute, when at the closing the buyer wanted something moved out of the house, Kenzo called a colleague and was able to borrow a truck and remove the item.
