Kenton Dunn

My fiancé Aaron and I met Kenton while in the process of relocating to Charlottesville and needed to get into a home and out of a hotel. Kenton worked with our budget and treated us like we were buying a million dollar property. He sent us listings within the first two days of meeting us and answered all our questions about the best areas to live and places to eat in Charlottesville. I work a hectic schedule at the hospital, where sometimes I would not be able to take calls. In these situations: he helped by scheduling the home inspection, termite inspection and well water testing. Kenton wrote extensions requests for us, had his people install the smoke alarms that were missing, and kept in contact with our mortgage agent to make sure we had everything needed to close. Kenton made this entire experience of buying a home worth it. From his dedication to answering every call or email no matter the time of day, his knowledge of the home buying process and his professionalism. He made sure we were happy and satisfied. We never felt that this was just business and we were simply buying a house. Throughout the whole process we felt that we were looking for our home in the company of a great friend.
